นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าแอป Natt Me และเว็บไซต์ nattme.com ("Natt Me" หรือ "เรา") เก็บ ใช้ เก็บรักษา และแชร์ข้อมูลของคุณอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลและการติดต่อ
ผู้ให้บริการ Natt Me คือ พรพรรษา วุฒิสารวัฒนา ติดต่อเรื่องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ที่ support@nattme.com
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: ชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ ที่ได้รับเมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn, Apple หรืออีเมล
- ข้อมูลปฏิทิน: จากบัญชี Google, Microsoft หรือปฏิทินในเครื่องที่คุณเลือกเชื่อม ได้แก่ เวลาเริ่มและสิ้นสุด ชื่อ สถานที่ คำอธิบาย การตั้งค่าการซ้ำ และสถานะการตอบรับของคุณ รวมถึงชื่อปฏิทิน เราไม่เก็บรายชื่อหรืออีเมลของผู้เข้าร่วมนัด
- การตั้งค่าในแอป: เช่น การแชร์ตาราง ระดับการมองเห็น และ event ที่อนุญาตให้ซ้อนได้
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: ประเภทอุปกรณ์ เวอร์ชันแอป และบันทึกข้อผิดพลาด เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการใช้งาน
- ข้อมูลการเข้าใช้ (log): IP เวลา และหน้าที่เข้าใช้ ทั้งของผู้ใช้แอปและผู้ที่เปิดดูลิงก์ตารางที่แชร์ เก็บตามที่ พ.ร.บ. ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์กำหนด
- หลักฐานการยอมรับ: เวอร์ชันของนโยบายนี้และเงื่อนไขการใช้งานที่คุณยอมรับ พร้อมวันเวลา
3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร
- แสดงปฏิทินจากทุกบัญชีที่คุณเชื่อมไว้ในมุมมองเดียว
- ตรวจหาและแจ้งเตือนเมื่อ event ทับเวลากัน
- แสดงตารางของคุณให้คนที่คุณเลือกแชร์ ตามระดับการมองเห็นที่คุณตั้ง
- ดูแลความปลอดภัย แก้ปัญหา และปรับปรุงการทำงานของแอป
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลปฏิทินเพื่อโฆษณา
4. ข้อมูลจาก Google และ Microsoft
Natt Me ขอสิทธิ์อ่านปฏิทินเท่านั้น และไม่สร้าง แก้ไข หรือลบ event ในบัญชีของคุณ ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google API ใช้เพื่อแสดงตารางและตรวจหานัดชนให้คุณเท่านั้น
การใช้และการส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ Natt Me ได้รับจาก Google API ไปยังแอปอื่น จะเป็นไปตาม Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use
คุณยกเลิกสิทธิ์ของ Natt Me ได้ทุกเมื่อ จากในแอป หรือจากหน้าตั้งค่าความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google หรือ Microsoft
5. การแชร์ข้อมูล
- คนที่คุณเลือกแชร์ตารางให้: เห็นเฉพาะปฏิทินและระดับรายละเอียดที่คุณกำหนด (เช่น เห็นแค่ช่วงไม่ว่าง) และคุณยกเลิกการแชร์ได้ทันที
- ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยเราดำเนินงาน: เช่น ผู้ให้บริการ cloud สำหรับเก็บข้อมูล และบริการส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือน ซึ่งใช้ข้อมูลได้เฉพาะเพื่อให้บริการแก่เรา
- เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด: เปิดเผยตามคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐหรือศาลที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
6. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลถูกเข้ารหัสระหว่างส่งด้วย HTTPS และสิทธิ์เข้าถึงบัญชีปฏิทินถูกเก็บแบบเข้ารหัส ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลปฏิทินเก็บบน Google Cloud ในประเทศไทย (กรุงเทพฯ) บางบริการที่เราใช้ ได้แก่ ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ การส่งการแจ้งเตือน เครือข่ายส่งเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์ และการส่งอีเมล อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลบางส่วนนอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลเหมาะสม และทำข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูลกับผู้ให้บริการทุกราย
7. ระยะเวลาเก็บและการลบข้อมูล
- เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบที่คุณยังมีบัญชีกับ Natt Me
- เมื่อคุณยกเลิกการเชื่อมบัญชีปฏิทิน ข้อมูลปฏิทินของบัญชีนั้นจะถูกลบจากระบบของเรา
- คุณลบบัญชี Natt Me พร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้จากในแอป หรือส่งคำขอมาที่ support@nattme.com เราจะลบภายใน 30 วัน
- ข้อมูลการเข้าใช้ (log) เก็บ 90 วัน แยกจากข้อมูลปฏิทิน แล้วลบ
8. สิทธิของคุณ
ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบข้อมูล ขอให้ระงับหรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล ถอนความยินยอม และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ขอสำเนาข้อมูลได้จากเมนู ตั้งค่า > ขอสำเนาข้อมูลในแอป (ได้ไฟล์ทางอีเมล) ส่วนคำร้องอื่นยื่นได้จากหน้าตั้งค่าหรือที่ support@nattme.com เราจะตอบภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
9. ผู้เยาว์
Natt Me ไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์โดยเจตนา หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว เราจะลบโดยเร็ว
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากเราเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้ เราจะแก้ไขวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ด้านบน และแจ้งในแอปเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
This policy explains how the Natt Me app and the nattme.com website ("Natt Me", "we") collect, use, store, and share your information, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data controller and contact
Natt Me is operated by Pornpunsa Wuttisanwattana. For any privacy question, contact support@nattme.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo, received when you sign in with Google, Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn, Apple, or email.
- Calendar information: from the Google, Microsoft, or on-device calendars you choose to connect: event start and end times, titles, locations, descriptions, recurrence settings, your response status, and calendar names. We do not store the names or email addresses of event attendees.
- App settings: such as sharing settings, visibility levels, and which events may overlap.
- Technical information: device type, app version, and error logs, used to fix problems.
- Access logs: IP address, time, and pages accessed, for app users and for people who open a shared schedule link, kept as required by Thailand's Computer Crime Act.
- Consent records: the version of this policy and of the Terms of Service you accepted, with the date and time.
3. How we use your information
- To show calendars from all your connected accounts in one view.
- To detect events that overlap and notify you.
- To show your schedule to the people you choose to share it with, at the visibility level you set.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve how the app works.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your calendar data for advertising.
4. Information from Google and Microsoft
Natt Me requests read-only access to your calendars. It does not create, edit, or delete events in your accounts. Information received from Google APIs is used only to display your schedule and detect overlapping events for you.
Natt Me's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove Natt Me's access at any time in the app, or from the security settings of your Google or Microsoft account.
5. How we share information
- People you share your schedule with: they see only the calendars and level of detail you choose (for example, busy times only), and you can stop sharing at any time.
- Service providers who help us run Natt Me: such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers, who may use the information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law: in response to a lawful request from a government authority or court.
6. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and access credentials for your calendar accounts are stored encrypted. Account and calendar data is stored on Google Cloud in Thailand (Bangkok). Some services we use, namely sign-in, push notifications, the website content network, and email delivery, may process some data outside Thailand. We choose providers with appropriate data protection standards and have data processing agreements with each of them.
7. Retention and deletion
- We keep your information for as long as you have a Natt Me account.
- When you disconnect a calendar account, its calendar data is deleted from our systems.
- You can delete your Natt Me account and all its data in the app, or by emailing support@nattme.com. We complete deletion within 30 days.
- Access logs are kept for 90 days, separately from calendar data, and then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it to another service, withdraw consent, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. You can request a copy of your data in the app under Settings > Request a copy of my data (sent to you by email). For other requests, use the request form in Settings or contact support@nattme.com. We respond within the period required by law.
9. Children
Natt Me is not designed for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app about significant changes.
